Positive: We enjoyed our stay very much and I would recomment it to my friends. The staff was kind enough to allow us early check in, fortunately they had one room ready when we came. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Enough parking spots, two or three Tesla chargers and bike charges. Small playgroubd for the kids. They have a restaurant with a set daily menu and there is a very good restaurant next to the hotel which I also recommend. There is a small gym, nothing much but it was enough for a basic workout. We didn't use the spa, but it looked ok. It is outside of Bratislava, but the location worked well for us. There is even a bus stop close to the hotel that goes directly to the coty center in 20 minutes, so that's a good option if you don't feel like driving. The staff was nice and the brrakfast was satisfactory.

Positive: Generally the staff are very pleasant and polite and helpful and could not be nicer. The hotel is clean and very nice the facilities are great with a kettle and microwave in the room and balcony to be able to smoke on if needed with a reasonable view. The option of the swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and a gym for an extra fee of €12 euro pp. Which I made the most of with my son enjoying the pool.

Negative: Unfortunately the internet was a little hit and miss at times, the internet connection is not strong, also I got very sick the day before I was due to leave, to which I believe was due to the breakfast I ate at the hotel. Me and my son ate the same thing at the restaurant next door the night before having beef goulash both of us and he was absolutely fine the only thing we ate different was at breakfast where I ate sausages eggs beans for breakfast and my son had cereal for breakfast, and just some eggs and beans, when I came down to have breakfast there was no sausages left in the hot trays to eat, I asked the waiter if there would be more he said they would be 5 minutes, I think the chef may have rushed them as he knew people were waiting for them, which makes me think after I ate three of them this is what gave bad stomach and diarrhea, on my last full day of holiday. I wanted to go swimming again with my son on the last day but because of how I was feeling we couldn't go. The stomach pains started about 3 hours after breakfast and I was suffering for 2 days with it not being able to eat anything and liquids not being able to hold. This was not a pleasant way to have to travel back to England the next day, also with hot and cold sweats, before this day happened I can honestly say that the breakfasts I had before this was beautiful and delicious and I had no issues with them. I would have generally rated their breakfast as 5 stars if it had not been for this last day I ate there.

Positive: Nice hotel, I loved the pool and SPA which was simple but surprisingly pleasant. Spa included pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna and very nice relax room. Really nice breakfast included with no extra fee with variety to chose, really good. The receptionist was professional, really helpful and nice. I would give the SPA and the service 10 points. We had nice size family room (more than enough for 3 people) and they surprised us by giving us a room with small balcony which was unexpected and big plus. I loved it. The whole hotel and room was clean with nicely equipped kitchenet, fridge and TV in both rooms. The hotel is older but nicely renovated and I would definitely come back again.

Negative: The downsize was no elevator in the hotel which was not an issue for us but I can see the challenge for an older person. Also we had non functional TV in room 110. The receptionist tried to find a solution but he could not fix it. As we stayed only one night it was not a big deal. The management was too kind to offer a bottle of sparkling wine as an apology which was touching and we did appreciate it.
